All competitions promoted on BricksCompetitions.com are hosted, administered and fulfilled by a third-party platform, Raffall Limited (“Raffall”), via links that take you to Raffall.com. By entering any competition, you also agree to be bound by Raffall’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. BricksCompetitions.com acts solely as a promotional and referral website.

2. We do not:

• sell tickets;
• process payments;
• collect competition entries;
• select winners.

3. All competition mechanics, ticket sales, entry validation, winner selection, and prize fulfilment are carried out by Raffall in accordance with their Terms & Conditions.

1. Competitions are generally open to international entrants, unless otherwise stated on the specific competition page on Raffall.
 

2. Entrants must:
 

• meet Raffall’s minimum age requirement (typically 18+, unless otherwise stated);
• be legally permitted to enter prize competitions in their country of residence;
• comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
   

3. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that entering a competition is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2. Entry methods, ticket pricing, entry limits, and competition closing dates are clearly displayed on each Raffall competition page.
 

3. Where required by law, Raffall provides a free entry route (e.g. postal entry), which is governed entirely by Raffall’s Terms & Conditions.

2.  To participate, each entrant must correctly answer a qualifying question or solve a problem set by Raffall. Winner selection is conducted by Raffall in accordance with their platform rules.

3. Winners are contacted by Raffall using the contact details provided at entry.

4. If a competition does not meet its minimum entry requirements (where applicable), Raffall’s Terms determine whether:

• the prize is still awarded;
• a cash alternative is offered; or
• the competition is cancelled.

1. Prize descriptions, images, values, and delivery details are provided on the Raffall competition page.
 

2. Prizes are:

• non-transferable;
• non-exchangeable;
• not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated by Raffall.
   

3. Any customs fees, import duties, local taxes, or delivery restrictions for international winners are the responsibility of the winner unless stated otherwise by Raffall.

• the operation or administration of competitions on Raffall; 
• technical failures on Raffall’s platform;
• prize fulfilment, delivery delays, or disputes;
• eligibility disputes or disqualifications.
   

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in competitions hosted on Raffall.

3. We do not have access to payment details or competition entry data processed by Raffall.
